Your clients are already asking how they show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers, and ClarAI is the layer underneath the service you sell them. You run the cockpit: a workspace per client, an org rollup across the whole book, per-client approval routing, and a client-ready PDF that carries your agency's name instead of ours. Your clients see the results: agents draft the content, the community replies, and the technical fixes, and your team reviews, approves, and bills.
ClarAI ships one product with two honest views of the same data. You operate in the Advanced view: the wholesale layer that runs your whole book from one account. The Simple view is the eight-screen version an in-house marketer at one of your clients would self-serve if they ran ClarAI themselves. Same measurement, same raw answers, same sample-size chips in both. The view is a free control, never a paid tier.
Where your delivery lead runs the whole book.
Where a junior account manager works one client at a time.
The two-mode split is part of the sell: your junior account manager works a client's Weekly Plan in Simple while your delivery lead runs the whole book in Advanced. One licence, one set of data, a surface that fits each role, with nothing to configure and nothing extra to pay.
Your clients asking about AI search is the most measured thing in this whole picture. AgencyAnalytics surveyed 494 agency professionals between February and April 2026 and found 66 percent reporting increased client demand for AEO and SEO for AI-driven search, the number one new service category of the year, ahead of paid ads and short-form video. 2026 Marketing Agency Benchmarks, read 22 August 2026. It publishes its method and its sample, and it is run by a company that sells software to agencies, so read it as a vendor survey that shows its workings.
What the service sells for is much harder to pin down honestly. This page used to print a "$500 to $2,000 per client per month" range that we could not trace to any published source, so we took it down. Digital Elevator's AEO and GEO pricing guide (read 22 August 2026) puts an entry "monitor and maintain" programme at $1,000 to $2,500 per month and mid-market retainers at $2,000 to $8,000. That is one agency's own published guide rather than a survey, so treat it as a price list somebody printed, not as a measured market. We will quote our own numbers here when we have them.
What we can be exact about is our side of it. ClarAI Pro is $99 per month and ClarAI Agency is $299 per month, both with unlimited brand projects, so one account covers your whole book and the software cost per client falls with every client you add.
Both paid tiers carry unlimited brand projects, so the last two lines are $299 divided by a client count and nothing more. What you charge, what delivery costs you, and the hours your team spends reviewing and approving are yours. We have no customer revenue data to model any of that from, and we are not going to invent it.
Everything below is shipped and usable now. We keep the shipped list and the roadmap separate on purpose.
One workspace per client, with that client's brand projects inside it. Team members only see the workspaces they belong to, and access is checked on every query.
Every client's visibility score, trend, and biggest mover on one screen, computed from the same stored analysis runs the client's PDF is built from. The number you brief on and the number you send are the same number.
Route community reply drafts to the right reviewer per client, with deadlines and per-client routing rules, for anything going out under a client's name.
On the Agency tier, export a PDF of a project's real visibility data. Your agency name sits in the footer, the accent is the client's own extracted brand colour, and with your name set the word ClarAI appears nowhere on it. Any chart also exports as a clean PNG for your own deck templates.
A prospect is not a client yet, and neither Pro nor Agency meters how many brands you track, so a full analysis run to win a pitch does not displace a paying client. The free tier is 1 brand project plus the seeded demos.
A programmatic API with scoped keys, plus an MCP server your team can switch on in Settings and then query client visibility data from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP client.
The PDF carries your agency's name today. Logo and full visual identity on it are next.
Read-only links so a client can watch their own dashboard without needing a login of their own.
The PDF is a manual export today. Sending it to a client on a schedule is not built yet.
These are planned, not shipped. Design partners help decide the order they get built in. On the wider white-label question: the branded PDF is built, and a branded in-app surface plus a custom domain are not, so we are on the first rung of that ladder and say so rather than calling ClarAI a white-label platform.
Every ClarAI account comes seeded with demo projects for recognisable brands such as Notion, Sephora, Patagonia, and Hims, each carrying a complete analysis: buyer personas, prompt-level visibility per engine, competitor share, and a generated action plan.
In a pitch, open the demo closest to your prospect's category and walk the room through what their own dashboard would look like: where the brand shows up, where competitors win instead, and what the first month of work would be. No waiting for a first crawl in the middle of the meeting.
Then run the free grader on the prospect's own domain. The result gets its own public URL, so you can send a link ahead of the meeting instead of carrying a printout into it.
A prospect is not a client yet, and ClarAI does not make you treat them like one: Pro and Agency both carry unlimited brand projects, so a full analysis run to win a pitch costs you nothing extra and does not displace a paying client. On the free tier the cap is 1 brand project plus the seeded demos, which is enough to see the workflow but not to run pitches from.
ClarAI is pre-launch, and this is a hand-run programme, not a self-serve signup. We are opening 5 to 15 agency design-partner slots (we expect to settle around 7 to 10) so a small group of operators shapes the Advanced cockpit before it hardens. There is a one-page agreement, and a real founder on the other side of every call.
You and your client do. The content you bring to ClarAI, including brand information, project data, and connected accounts, remains yours; we process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you delete a project or your account, it is removed.
Give each client their own workspace. Projects live inside workspaces, membership is checked at query time on every project-scoped endpoint, and our automated test suite exercises cross-tenant access on each of those endpoints to make sure one client's data can never leak into another's view.
Yes, on the Agency tier. Export a client-ready PDF of a project's real visibility data: your agency name sits in the report footer, the accent is the client's own extracted brand colour, and with your name set the word ClarAI appears nowhere on the report. Your logo and full visual identity on it are next, and design partners get the first say in how that works. Being straight about the rest of it: a branded in-app surface and a custom domain are not built, so we would not call ClarAI a white-label platform yet. Any chart also exports as a clean PNG for your own deck templates.
Invite them by email from the workspace, before they have a ClarAI account. The invitation lasts 14 days, and when they register with that email it applies itself: they land in the right workspace with the role you gave them, and see only the workspaces they belong to. That is how you give one client's reviewer access to that client and nothing else.
The free tier includes 1 brand project plus the seeded demo projects, so you can walk the full workflow without paying. Pro is $99 per month and Agency is $299 per month, and both carry unlimited brand projects. Agency is the tier the client-ready PDF export is gated to, and it carries the higher monthly fair-use ceilings a book of clients needs. Agencies accepted as design partners get the paid tier free during the design-partner period.
No. The community CRM finds relevant threads and drafts replies, and nothing is published until someone on your team clicks publish. You can also route drafts through the approval queue first, with a named reviewer and a deadline per client, which is what we would do for anything going out under a client's name. Either way you stay responsible for what goes out, which is exactly how it should be.
Data handling details live in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Grade a client's domain free and see the receipts, or create an account and explore the seeded demo brands in the full product.
