Questions
Do you provide the AI keys?
Yes. ClarAI supplies every AI model behind the scenes: ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Google AI Overviews is built but not switched on yet. You never bring or manage an API key on any plan.
Is billing annual or monthly?
Monthly, as shown. Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing is coming; email hello@scoocs.co if you want it and we will tell you when it lands.
What counts towards my monthly caps?
Analyses, simulations, AI content drafts and Weekly Plan task runs (the drafts you generate from your Weekly Plan). Analyses are capped at 5 a month on Free, 80 on Pro and 250 on Agency, and an automatic check counts as one. Weekly Plan task runs are capped at 20 a month on Free, 500 on Pro and 1,500 on Agency, and a draft that fails is not counted. Caps are fair-use guardrails set well above typical use, and they reset on the 1st of each month. During the 7-day trial you get Pro's caps once you confirm your email address; until then the Free caps apply.
Which screens can I use during the beta?
During the beta, free and trial accounts open the core screens in the Simple view. Paying Pro and Agency accounts open every screen their plan includes. The core screens are the Dashboard, AI Visibility, Competitors, Opportunities and the Weekly Plan (with drafts in the Content Engine), plus your personas, your Knowledge Base, Settings and Help.
What happens if I hit a cap?
Nothing breaks without warning. You see a friendly prompt to move up a tier, or you can simply wait: caps reset on the 1st (UTC). No surprise metering, no overage bills.
Can I add more brands?
Yes. Pro and Agency have no brand limit. What bounds use is the monthly analysis cap (80 analyses a month on Pro, 250 on Agency, fair use), and you can spread those analyses across as many brands as you like. The Agency plan is about clients, a team and client-facing delivery, not brand count.
How do I keep clients separate on Agency?
Each client gets their own workspace. Access is checked on every request, and we test that one client can never see another client's data.
Do I need to talk to sales?
No. Free, Pro and Agency are all self-serve. We do not offer SSO or a signed SLA yet; if you need either, or need to pay by invoice, email hello@scoocs.co and we will tell you honestly where we are.
