Here is exactly where each document stands, so you are not left guessing. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published as preliminary versions you can read now. A Data Processing Agreement and a formal subprocessor list are still in preparation.

If you need the pending documents before you can buy
Plenty of teams cannot sign anything without a DPA and a finalized privacy policy in hand. That is a reasonable thing to need. Email us and a human will tell you honestly where we are and what we can put in writing for you.
