Reach (usereach.ai) alternatives
Reach runs two offers from one vendor, both read on usereach.ai in September 2026. A self-serve platform: Starter $100 a month (one domain, 50 prompts, ChatGPT only, unlimited seats), Growth $400 (100 prompts across four models, 20 content units a month), Scale $1,500 (three domains, 400 prompts), annual billing 20% off, a 14-day trial without a card. And a done-for-you retainer at $6,000, $10,000 or $15,000 a month by revenue band, with a three-month minimum and a dedicated strategist.
People search for Reach alternatives from both ends: some want the outcome without a five-figure retainer, others want more than ChatGPT-only tracking at the entry price. This page maps the options, including the case for staying with Reach.

How to read this page. ClarAI is one of the options listed below, so we are not a neutral party and we will not pretend to be one. What we can do is say so, put ourselves in the same alphabetical list as everyone else, score nobody, name where Reach is genuinely better than us, and name where we are the wrong answer. Vendor comparison pages usually declare their author the winner. This one does not.
Where Reach is genuinely the better choice
Read this part before the list. If any of it describes you, stop here.
- One vendor for the seat and the service. If you want the option to escalate from a self-serve platform to a done-for-you retainer without changing suppliers, Reach offers both, and no software-only tool on this list does.
- Unlimited seats on the self-serve tiers, which matters if a wide team needs read access without per-seat maths.
- Revenue-framed proof. Their published outcomes are strong and stated in contract-value terms, including $506K of influenced signed contract value for ColdIQ. Those are Reach's own claims, and a track record like that is something ClarAI, in early access, cannot offer.
- A 14-day trial without a card on the platform, so you can look before you commit.
If you want a partner to do the work for you and can fund a retainer, or you value one vendor across platform and service, Reach is a sensible choice and we would not argue you out of it.
Why people look for Reach alternatives
These are observations with a date on them, not complaints. Each one was on a public page in September 2026.
- The retainer is a five-figure commitment. $6,000 to $15,000 a month with a three-month minimum is a different budget from a software seat, and not every team needs the done-for-you layer.
- The cheapest self-serve tier tracks one engine. Starter at $100 a month covers ChatGPT only; four models arrive at Growth ($400).
- Content is metered. Growth includes 20 content units a month, so heavy publishing plans meet a cap.
The alternatives, listed alphabetically
Alphabetical order, not a ranking. Nothing here is scored, nothing is marked a winner, and ClarAI sits where the alphabet puts it. "Not published" means we could not verify a fact from public sources, and we prefer that to guessing.
Before you pick any of them, look at your own numbers
Every option on this page, Reach and ClarAI included, is selling you a view of the same thing: how often AI answers name your brand. Grade your site free first, with no signup, and you will read the rest of this category with your own baseline in hand.
Our own entry, stated as conditions
The second column is the one most vendor pages leave out. It is here because a page that cannot name its own bad fit is not worth trusting on anyone else's.
ClarAI is worth a look if
- You want the product to carry the work to a reviewable draft at $99, without a retainer: an action plan executor, a content engine with 11 deliverable types, and a community CRM with reply drafting and approval routing.
- You want four engines including Claude at the entry price, rather than ChatGPT only.
- You want every number to carry its sample size: coverage badges, measured vs unmeasured prompt scores, per-engine counts, and the raw answers behind each score.
- You want to start on a free tier that includes 1 brand project.
ClarAI is the wrong answer if
- You want a done-for-you team. ClarAI is software: it drafts the work and routes it through approvals, but a person on our side does not run your programme.
- You want revenue-outcome case studies to show your board. Reach publishes them; ClarAI is in early access and has none yet.
- You need unlimited seats at the entry price. Reach includes them on its self-serve tiers; we do not publish an unlimited-seat entry plan.
What we could not verify about Reach
A comparison page that never admits a gap is not a comparison, it is an advert. These are the things we went looking for and did not get.
- Whether the self-serve platform and the retainer share the same dashboards and data, or are separate products.
- How Reach defines a content unit, and what happens when the monthly allowance is used.
- The methodology behind the influenced-contract-value figures, which are stated as Reach's own outcomes.
Last compared: September 2026. Competitor facts on this page come from public sources reviewed in September 2026: pricing pages, vendor documentation, launch announcements, and press coverage. Pricing in this category changes monthly, so treat every figure as anchored to that date and check it before you buy. Where something was not published, or where we could not verify it, we say so rather than guessing.
