Compare AI visibility tools, one honest page per pair
Seven head-to-head comparisons and three alternatives pages, all built the same way: from public sources, dated, and with the other tool's strengths stated before ours. ClarAI makes one of the tools compared, and every page says so.
How these comparisons are built
The same three rules on every page. If a page breaks one, that is a bug, and the corrections address is at the bottom.
Pricing pages, announcements, press
Every competitor fact comes from a public source reviewed in September 2026, and the date is printed on the page. Where a fact could not be verified the cell says "not published" instead of a guess.
Where they win, stated before where we do
Each vs page opens with who the other tool is and a "choose them if" list. Each alternatives page names where that tool is genuinely the better choice and where ClarAI is the wrong answer, and lists every option alphabetically, ClarAI included and never first.
ClarAI is new, and says so
ClarAI is in early access with no customer list to show, and no page pretends otherwise. Spotted something out of date or unfair to a competitor? Email hello@scoocs.co and we will correct it.
Head to head
Seven pairs, the same seven dimensions on each: pricing, delivery model, engines covered, monitoring depth, action layer, honesty features, API and white-label.
Reach
Best for teams that want the option of a done-for-you retainer from the same vendor as their platform, and can start on ChatGPT-only tracking at the entry price.
Read the comparison →ClarAI vsProfound
Best for enterprise brands with a team ready to act on conversation-volume data and a compliance checklist to satisfy.
Read the comparison →ClarAI vsPeec
Best for teams that want proven, widely adopted AI visibility monitoring and have their own capacity to execute on it.
Read the comparison →ClarAI vsOtterly
Best for brands that want the cheapest possible start on AI search monitoring before committing to a full workflow.
Read the comparison →ClarAI vsSemrush
Best for teams already inside the Semrush suite that want to turn on AI answer monitoring next to their existing SEO workflow.
Read the comparison →ClarAI vsAhrefs
Best for teams that want brand monitoring backed by a very large independent prompt corpus and have the budget for a suite-level plan.
Read the comparison →ClarAI vsTrakkr
Best for teams that want straightforward, flat-priced AI answer monitoring across several models and have their own capacity to act on it.
Read the comparison →Alternatives, refereed
For the "alternatives to X" question. Each page states where X wins first, then lists every option alphabetically, ClarAI included and never scored.
Ahrefs
If you want brand monitoring on a large independent corpus and have suite-level budget, Ahrefs is a strong choice, and its free checker is worth running whatever else you pick.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toAthenaHQ
If a credit-based free tier you can stay on is the deciding factor, AthenaHQ is worth a look, and we say so plainly.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toOtterly
If watching is enough for now and $29 is the budget, Otterly is a sensible first step, and our own comparison page says the same thing. Starting cheap and small beats not measuring at all.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toPeec
If you need a proven vendor with broad language coverage, and your team already has the capacity to act on what monitoring tells them, Peec is a strong and sensible choice. We would not try to argue you out of it.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toProfound
If you are an enterprise with a team ready to act on conversation-volume data and a compliance checklist to satisfy, Profound is the benchmark and you should probably stay. The rest of this page is for the buyers Profound was not built for.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toReach
If you want a partner to do the work for you and can fund a retainer, or you value one vendor across platform and service, Reach is a sensible choice and we would not argue you out of it.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toScrunch
If you want a large industry prompt library from the start and the reassurance of a Sitecore-backed vendor, Scrunch is a reasonable choice, and we would not argue you out of it.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toSemrush
If you already pay for Semrush and want AI monitoring in the same place as your SEO, staying inside the suite is the reasonable call, and we would not try to move you.
Read the alternatives →Alternatives toTrakkr
If you want the widest model coverage at the lowest flat price and monitoring is enough for now, Trakkr is a strong pick, and its open leaderboard is worth reading whatever you choose.
Read the alternatives →Pick by need
